Dreamscape is a doe who demands attention for her size, style and beautiful mammary sytem.  She is extremely uphill, long bodied and has an incredibly wide, flat rump. Her mammary sysytem is capacious and strongly supported with a particularly long, smooth fore udder and wide rear. We do not milk DS because only one side of her udder functions.  She is a valuable brood doe and has two permanent champion daughters thus far, one being one of our show stars, CH Mcquitty-Farm J Denita.  Dreamscape was 3rd place/2nd udder two year old at the 2006 ADGA national show placing directly behind her lttemate sister, Dreamcatcher.  Her sire, Scorpion King, has sired numerous champion daughters, one of which was the Best Udder of Breed at the 2011 ADGA National Show!  We value Dreamscape not only for her accolades but also because she loves attention and is an old friend.  She is bred to Companeros Foxy Supernova, Kids $800.

We knew Denita was a winner from day one so it was no surprise she won her class at nationals as a kid and then won BJDIS as a dry yearling. Denita she has become our "star" and was BDIS 7 times so fa rincluding both rings at the 2009 Hoosier Classic over 230 does.  Her 2009 daughter, McQuitty-Farm Chilled Desire was 4th place senior kid at the 2009 National Show.  Denita is one of those does who loves to show off while in the ring. This winning attitude compliments her dairyness, upstandingness and extreme length of body to create the modern style of Saanen we are breeding for. We truly admire her large size, incredible style and beautiful udder shape and long fore udder. When I see Dreamscape and Denita beside each other it makes me realize how truly special this dam and daughter are!

Darlene has been a nice additon to the herd and was a major part of our show string last year finishing her championship in tough mid west competition!  She is uphil, extremely dairy and very deep bodied but not an easy keeper.  Her udder is capacious, well attached with a high and wide rear attachment. I would like her teats to be a bit smaller but they are delineated and properly shaped.  Darlene was dried up early this year, she was off this year and deserves a break but this doe is typically a high producer with a level lactation curve.

Sneak Peak is a huge doe with impressive general appearance, style and width throughout. Her udder is beautiful in shape, support and she has near ideal teat size, shape and placement.  Peak has always been a fan favorite and while we like her too we wish she would work a bit harder in the parlor.  Ever since since she was a dry yearling she has carried some extra weight which she has now lost being put on a "diet" during her dry period.  We are very excited about the mating we have chosen for Sneak Peak and we may retain a buck.  She is bred to Companeros Foxy Supernova,  Kids $650.

Deva has always been a correct, stylish doe with lots of promise.  She has never been fond of humans and still has to be coaxed with cookies to be messed with!  The older she gets the more relaxed she is becoming and it is a good thing because she is one of our best!  This doe has a winning attitude and really shows off in the show ring. The photos of Deva do not really do her justice and she is the kind of doe you really appreciate once you watch her move, she epitomizes form and function! If I could change her I would like to see her a bit larger in size and scale with smaller teat diameter but if she had those traits she migtht be close to perfect.  We love her style, dairyness, will to milk and beautiful mammery system.  I guess the judges agree because Deva won BOB at our competitive Ohio State Fair two years in a row and has numerous BDIS wins. Her two daughters, Delaney and Danika freshened lovely and were kept as replacements. We retained Deva's 2011 buck kid, McQuitty-Farm Declaration, as our jr herdisre. I guess you caould say I wouldnt mind having a whole lot of Deva's in the herd!

Amaryllis is a very correct, average sized doe with a strong will to milk and beautiful mammarys sytem.  We knew we had reason to be proud last year when she freshened as a yearling but this year she really matured and finished her championship.  Amaryllis freshened slighlty uneven this year and as time went by it got worse! I am hoping that aggressive treatment during her dry peiod will cure this but if not she can stay around and be tried as a brood doe.  She has had four kids in her life and ALL have been bucks so it's hard to tell if she is a reproducer or not but we think she deserves a chance!

Violet was sold as a kid and then rejoined the herd as a stale first freshening two year old.  SHe is a large doe with correct legs and a smooth front end assembly like her dam who developed mastitus during gestation and was culled shortly after kidding.  Since she was almost dry when we got her back we have not seen her udder in bloom but I can tell it is properly shaped, strongly supported with nice teats. This doe stems from our "Blue Moon" line which is known for style and production.  Violet's littermate sister, McQuitty-Farm Tangl'd Up N Blue, freshened beautifully this year and was sold as a show doe. We have high hopes for this sleeper!

Danika was a correct doe kid with lots of promise and an exciting pedigree.  When she kidded this year as a yearling milker we were pretty excited and promise turned into reality!  She is long, level, smooth and correct in feet and legs.  Her udder is well attached with a strong medial and nicely shaped and placed teats. She reminds me of Effervescence as a young doe with fancier teats. Danika placed right behind her liitermate sister at all 3 shows this summer but next year may be a different story.  We are excited to see what lies ahead for Danika and her littermate sister, Delaney.

I think it's obvious we are fond of this young doe and we hope her brother, McQuitty-Farm Declaration, fills our barn with many more like this pair of Deva dughters.
